Very clean and quiet. A little small. Very small fridge. Good for a getaway but can’t prep your own food here other than with a microwave. Probably evident in the pictures if you look.

Very nice little cottage in wooded/farm area. However, there were lots of critters inside the bedroom and bathroom.

Nice little getaway on a beautiful property. We only booked the lower level. While there was some noise from upstairs, it wasn’t obtrusive and we were very pleased with our stay

Immaculate, adorable, 1-room basement walkout apartment. Loved the location. On a quaint farm with a herd of goats right outside. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. Loved it!

This cottage is simply wonderful. I've stayed at the lower level garden flat as well as the larger second floor suite multiple times visiting my daughter at Miami over the past four years. Both units are extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds, sheets, towels furniture, kitchen stock: all thoughtful. Recommend this beautiful place 100%.

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for 2-3 people. Had a comfortable queen-sized bed with ample pillows, sheets/blankets. Well-stocked bathroom and shower, a sectional couch, and even a refrigerator and microwave. It’s only 7 miles from Miami University which was convenient for us to visit our college student. Check in & out could not have been any easier!! Would book again, in fact, I tried and it’s already booked up! Thank you for allowing me to stay at your lovely place. P.S. I also enjoyed watching the fenced in goats on the property :)

Quiet and quaint!

We had the nicest stay at this property. It's quiet, cozy and we loved the goats just outside of our window. Beautiful little farm stay!
