About this property

Magnolienhof - Holidays in the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park

The Magnolienhof apartment is part of our historic farm in the classic style of the Lower Rhine. The family-owned farm dates back to 1839. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2019.

Located in the middle of the Schwalm-Nette nature park, the Magnolienhof is the ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes - for example to the nearby castle community of Brüggen or to the Hariksee (each about 1.5 km)

Due to the good connection, Messe Düsseldorf can also be reached in about half an hour.

Our apartment (~ 70 sqm) has:
• A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• A bedroom with closet and pull-out bed for two people (a travel cot is also available)
• A living room with a couch, three armchairs, cupboard, table, flat screen TV and WiFi
• A separate kitchen with dining table for 4 people and fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster ect.
• A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet
• A hall with mirror and cloakroom
• A storage room with washer and dryer
• Parking space for cars and storage space for bicycles

Tolle Wohnung - hervorragende Gastgeber

Wir haben uns bei Familie Mewissen sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, super eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Der Garten direkt am Feld ist ein tolles Plus bei schönem Wetter! Wir haben gleich mal die Nähe zu den Niederlanden für einen schönen Ausflug genutzt!Der Gastgeber zeigte sich extrem flexibel (zweimalige Änderung der Personenanzahl, kurzfristige Änderung des Reisezeitraums) und war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Alles super und unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt wahr unglaubliche schön. Wir sind in den süßen Ort Heyen angekommen und haben das Haus sofort gefunden. Da wir uns leider mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld nicht abgesprochen hatten wahr die schlüssel übergabe etwas spannend aber der rest hat super geklappt. Das Haus wahr traumhaft schön und super modern eingereicht. Die Vermieter wahren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns super weiter geholfen. Es wahr alles was wir brauchten im haus vorhanden und es ist eine absolute Empfehlung dort Urlaub zu machen. Alles in allem 5Sterne plus

Leuke plek!

Leuk huis, mooie keuken en badkamer. Wel een beetje vochtig huis. We mochten gebruik maken van een mooie tuin (met tuinstoelen, die in een keurig tuinhuisje staan). De tuin ligt echter niet direct naast het huis, maar achter de parkeerplaats. Op zich geen enkel probleem, maar was niet echt duidelijk uit de foto's.

Kommunikation

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wunderbar, ruhig gelegen mit allem was man sich für eine Auszeit wünscht! Leider war die Kommunikation über das Online Portal dieses Mal sehr umständlich, z.T. ohne Rückmeldung/zum Schluss Kommunikation unmöglich. So hatten wir vor und beim Auschecken keine Möglichkeit mehr direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter herzustellen. Da der Vermieter leider ebenso keine Informationen zum Verlauf d. Übergabe d. Schlüssels/Hauses hinterlassen hat und nicht vor Ort erschien (wir haben bis zum Schluss gewartet). Konnten wir das Haus letztlich nur ordentlich, verschlossen verlassen und den Schlüssel in den vorhandenen Briefkasten einwerfen. Wir haben eine entsprechende Nachricht auf dem Portal eingestellt, ob diese angekommen ist, wissen wir bis heute nicht. Damit reiste ein ungutes Gefühl mit nach Hause, schade. Sollte doch besser zu organisieren sein.

Fijn verblijf

Het appartement was lekker ruim, prima inrichting én goed schoon, er was veel aanwezig: er ontbrak een koffiebus en de bakpannen waren slecht. Verder stond er op de foto een koel-vries-combinatie, maar er was alleen maar een kleine tafelmodel koelkast met een klein vriesvakje; deze koelkast werkte ook niet goed. Verder is het een beetje jammer dat er geen tuin/terras direct bij het huis is. Ook de ligging is gewoon in een straat, daardoor heb je niet altijd echt een vakantiegevoel, maar het fijne appartement maakte heel veel goed. Al met al kunnen we terug zien op een fijne vakantie in een mooie omgeving, waar je alle kanten op kunt!
