Charming studio in a great location

1.5 room old apartment in a beautiful location directly in the eastern ring area, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Brunswick. You live close to the city and within walking distance you reach the center of Braunschweig in a few minutes. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 persons. There is a living and sleeping area and a small separate room with an additional sleeping possibility. The galley kitchen consists of a 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge, sink and oven.
Please note that the sound insulation corresponds to an old building.
You do not need a vehicle. You can do your shopping on foot or by public transport.

Brunswick stay

Very nice apartment. Close to markets and other sites this. Fans would have cooled the apartment better. Kitchen was tidy but no directions for the oven and stove. I had to get help from a neighbor. Information on transportation (i.e. taxi, bus routes, trams, etc) would have been useful. Magazines were very helpful. We would stay there again.

Hübsches Studio in einem wunderschönen Stadtviertel

Bei Ankunft darf man sich nicht irritieren lassen durch den ersten Eindruck im Treppenhaus. Hier wäre eine Renovierung notwendig. Ganz anders dagegen das Studio: Es ist sehr liebe-und geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlt an absolut nichts! Im Haus und auf der Straße ist es ruhig. Die Lage in einem der wohl schönsten Stadtviertel Braunschweigs ist perfekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr nette Cafés (auch gut zum Frühstücken geeignet) und sehr gute Restaurants.Ins Zentrum kann man gut zu Fuß durch das schöne Viertel oder mit dem Bus. Herrliche Spaziergänge sind ganz in der Nähe entlang der Oker und in einem wunderschönen großen Park möglich. Der Empfang durch die sympathische Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sie war danach jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Zentral, gemütlich und ruhig

Fußläufig zu den kulturellen Highlights, zur Shopping Galerie und zu sehr schönen Parks. Auch im Februar eine Reise wert. Sehr gemütliche, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und ruhige Wohnung. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Unterm Strich eine wundervolle Wohnung, der es an nichts fehlte. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Der Kontakt war freundlich, schnell und direkt, und die Lage innerhalb von Braunschweig unschlagbar. ps: Eventuell benötigt die Fernbedienung Ihres Fernsehers aber bald mal neue Batterien, nur so nebenbei :)

Braunschweig at its Best

Schönes kleines sonniges Appartment

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Appartment war gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Discounter und Supermarkt) und selbst die Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen, wenn man will. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, aber falls es jemanden interessiert: Es ist keine Mikrowelle vorhanden, und es gibt kein Kabelfernsehen, sondern "nur" DVBT Empfang mit den öffentlich rechtlichen Sendern. WLAN war sehr gut.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in tollem Appartement

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation vorab und Begrüßung am Tag der Anreise. Das Objekt ist gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter!
