Large Family Vaca
Great location. Clean property. When booking, I looked up accommodations for 14 people and this showed up. I didn't dream that the rooms would be so very spread out! I called numerous times to the VRBO number and to the Property itself and got the runaround from both every time! We had young cousins from three different states. Asked for four rooms close to each other. When we got there, the rooms were all in far away locations within the large building. Rooms were on Floor 3 (which was on the complete opposite side of building than others), Floor 14, Floor 18 and Floor 33. We had 8 children (cousins) who live in different states and don't get to see each other very often, so we were VERY disappointed in the room locations. The property is very secure, so you have to have a room key/wristband to go to any floor (each card would only work for the particular floor the room was on). Elevators were very slow and seemed to only have a couple working at a time. There was a service elevator that worked most of the time and one time a maintenance person chastised us for using it ( there was no sign stating maintenance only). I understand the security reasons, but with 14 people and 4 different rooms in such far away locations from each other, it was quite a hassle!!! I will never go to that particular place again ... and I have learned my lesson about VRBO. Have never had problems with it before, but BOY ... was this a big mess!!!
