Sage Point Getaway is a charming three bedroom cabin located in the oldest subdivision of Island Park called Yale Creek. This lot has views of the forest and mountains in the back drop. This property is great for the smaller and adventurous group. This cabin is all on one level and walking into the home you'll be invited by a cozy and comfortable living room.

Sage Point is only about 40 minutes to the West entrance of Yellowstone or a quick 10 minute drive to the Island Park Reservoir. Wherever your destination may be, our cabin is a perfect home for your vacation!

**This rental home is subject to an Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Boil Water Advisory. Sage Point Getaway is located on the Island Park Water Company system that is experiencing water contamination due to current disrepair. This will be undergoing new management to get the systems up to date. Until further notice, guests will be required to boil water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and preparing food. We highly suggest bringing bottled water.

Mostly OK

Mostly fine, but an issue with no hot water that took 24 hours to resolve and a mouse caught in a sticky-trap to dispose of. Otherwise all fine.
