The upper level will be the hub for gathering with loved ones and entertaining the whole group. The full kitchen and living area are adjacent to each other creating an open layout that will be ideal for mingling from room to room. Speaking of the full kitchen, you will have no need to venture out for meals with stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and a stunning gas range with a pot-filler! Meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room and out on the deck, or you can keep it a bit more casual in the living area as a show streams on the TV. And, everyone can head down to the mid-level to play a round of air hockey, play board games at the card table, or get that classic cinematic experience in the media room with recliners and a large TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
