In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Segnas" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 1 km, ski lift 1 km, slopes 150 m, ski school, sled run 500 m, ice rink 3 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Disentis 3000 1 km, Ski Arena Andermatt Sedrun 9 km. Hiking paths: Surselava. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Haus

Zwei Familien mit fünf Kindern bewohnten dieses rustikale Haus. Die Kinder hatten das Haus sehr schnell ins Herzen geschlossen. Viel Wohnraum mit Gartensitzplatz und einer guten Küchenausstattung. Wir hatten eine Woche schönstes Wetter und waren nur am Abend/ in der Nacht zu Hause. Wir schliefen tief und fest in den rustikalen Betten. Wundervolle Zeit in der Region Disentis/ Sedrun.

A lot of space

Pros: a lot of space, there are bedrooms upstairs and the whole apartment downstairs: kitchen, dining room and living room. Cons: rather you have to go to the ski slope. Low rooms indeed. If you are taller than 185 cm, this may be a problem. I'm 182 and it wasn't such a pain. Other advantages are more important, especially the amount of space. Otherwise, the owner would probably put an additional 3-4 beds there :) A great place for winter walks. The house is really old, over 200 years old.

Begeistert, gerne wieder!

Nach einer bereits unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergabe haben wir ein sehr gemütliches und sauberes Haus angetroffen. Es dauert einfach ein paar Stunden, bis es im Ess- und Wohnzimmer gemütlich warm wird. Aber der Charme des alten Holzhauses macht diese Wartezeit locker wett. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Betten sind bequem und sauber. Passt einfach auf eure Köpfe auf! Auch kleine Leute können sich an einigen Orten hart anstossen :-).
