About this property

Apartment in the first row with stunning sea views.

This comfortable apartment has two bedrooms with box spring beds and a combined living and dining area with open kitchen. It lies only a few meters from the beach on the second floor of the beach oasis and offers you a unique view of the Bay of Lübeck and the fishing boats of Sierksdorf.

The apartment was decorated in late 2018 with new furniture.
The apartment sundeck is fully equipped: kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer etc .; combined living room-dining room, satellite TV and DVD player.

A small roof terrace with a great sea view. The second larger balcony has a side sea view. Modern shower room with window.

The communal cellar has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for free.

The apartment has a free Wi-Fi connection. A car parking space is available at the house.

Gut: direkt am tollen, ruhigen Strand; Wohnung gute Wohnungsgrösse für 4 Personen, Eisdiele im Nachbarhaus und Brötchenverkauf morgens gegenüber, Betten Neutral: Küchenausstattung, Mietagentur für Standardservice gut organisiert (Vorabinfos, Schlüsselübergabe, etc...), allgemein Gebäude/Wohnungszustand im Ferienwohnung typischen Zustand; keinerlei Extraausstattung für "Kofferanreiser mit Bahn" (z.B. Sonnenschirm für Terasse, Strand; Föhn) Negativ: kaputte Waschmaschine (keine Vorabinfo oder Ersatzangebot); bei nicht Autoanreise Mietfahrrad notwenig da nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit nicht in Fussreichweite. Mietagentur bei "Extraanfragen" (zusätzliche Spültabs, Klorollen, defekte Waschmaschine") nicht sehr freundlich
