Apartment in the first row with stunning sea views.
This comfortable apartment has two bedrooms with box spring beds and a combined living and dining area with open kitchen. It lies only a few meters from the beach on the second floor of the beach oasis and offers you a unique view of the Bay of Lübeck and the fishing boats of Sierksdorf.
The apartment was decorated in late 2018 with new furniture.
The apartment sundeck is fully equipped: kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer etc .; combined living room-dining room, satellite TV and DVD player.
A small roof terrace with a great sea view. The second larger balcony has a side sea view. Modern shower room with window.
The communal cellar has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for free.
The apartment has a free Wi-Fi connection. A car parking space is available at the house.
