The apartment was decorated in late 2018 with new furniture.
The apartment has a combined living and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bright, shower room with underfloor heating and windows.
The living / dining area includes a new and modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer).
The modern living room has a flat screen TV and a stereo system. From the adjoining, furnished, side balcony you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
The bedroom has a box spring bed, a small walk-in closet and another TV.
In the community cellar of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer.
A parking space is available in the rear parking lot.
Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance.
