After a day of outdoor fun, soak in mountain views from the comfort of the condo's two decks - one of which features a gas grill for afternoon cookouts. Or, take advantage of the complex's various on-site amenities. Make a splash in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or serve up some competition on the tennis court.

Listen to favorite playlists on the sound dock while you indulge your inner chef in the condo's well-equipped kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances. Nibble on appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather for meals at the six-person dining table. Stretch out in the living area with a good book or host a movie night around the smart TV. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Quiet Mountain Lakeside Retreat

Incredible location, especially if you plan on skiing at China Peak. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and it had just snowed making it even more special. The condo was larger than we thought and well equipped in the kitchen, with tons of games to play and a great tv setup. The surrounding neighborhood, lake and forest were stunning, especially with the fresh 4’ of recent snow fall. Only regret was not booking an extra day in advance. If you are making a multiple day trip up there just make sure to bring all food and beverages you would like to have, there is not much more than a couple small convenient stores up there. Thank you!

This condo is older but had everything we needed. Worked well for a June wedding weekend at China Peak. It sleeps 8 but would be a smaller kitchen for that many. We only had 3 people. Has several levels so quite a few stairs. But it was clean and cozy, and met our needs.

Great place & updated interior

Everything about this condo was lovely. The exception to our stay was the on site permanent resident with his golden retriever dog walking around making trouble with guests. We did not appreciate his constant presence & interference with our stay. He is a bully & does not respect the guests. Please have a talk with him as we rented a lot of cabins & do so for over 10 years. Thanks again.

Nice location in Huntington Lake. Layout is good and felt spacious. I liked the Condo overall, just had loud neighbors that rented next door and unfortunately you have renters on both sides of you. Kitchen was not fully stocked, so beware...bring foil, Saran Wrap, Ziplocks, seasonings, and large baking pan for oven as the one there is very small.

Great location, really well equipped, and clean. Overall I gave it four because there is no BBQ, but I have a feeling they will get one soon. If this unit had a BBQ I would say its the best condo I've stayed in at the lake.

Exceeds Expectations

I have rented several of these identical condos and Unit 102 is by far the best. Appears recently upgraded with paint, carpet, appliances, big screen etc. Well stocked kitchen cupboards, paper goods and towels. No BBq on deck but otherwise we wanted for nothing. If you have a choice between these vacation condo rentals choose #102, in the future we will.
