Fabulous summer vacation retreat located at 103 13th Ave, just 5 house from the beach. Newly renovated 2BR/1BA features updated kitchen, bathroom, and spacious bedrooms with smart TVs. Shared 20x25 back patio is equipped with a brand new grill, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. Dedicated washer/dryer in shared laundry room.

Carriage house comes with 3 Belmar beach badges and 3 beach chairs. Utilities included, 1 GB wifi throughout, and free on street parking (no driveway).

Note this is a detached two family property with the main house in the front.
