Minutes from both ski resorts. Come stay with us and explore this unique village! Access to full amenities. Hot tub, fire pit, two story deck. Back yard area. Quiet and serene setting amongst other ski chalets sitting at the base of Holimont Ski Resort. Walk down the road for safe sidewalk access right into the Village of Ellicottville about 1 mile away. We are a skiing outdoors adventure loving family. Family of 5, three very active boys plus a fur baby shepherd named Thunder.

Peaceful and serene with the burbling creek right outside the door. A easy breezy walk to the village for dining and shopping or easy access to both ski mountains and other outdoor attractions.

Walking distance to almost everything, creek, fire pit, hot tub. Plus a mudroom ski gear foyer storage (not shown in the pictures).
