Fabulous villa on the popular gated Championsgate resort which has a clubhouse, pool, lazy river, pool bar, restaurant, entertainment and a a gym. Nearby stores and restaurants are only a 5 minute drive and Disney is only a 20 minute drive.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and blender and there is also a washer and dryer. There is a bonus room on the landing with sofa and TV.
One bedroom downstairs with en suite and the other bedrooms are upstairs including 2 themed bedrooms, Spider-Man & Frozen.
The games room has a pool table and fussball table. The pool can be heated in the cooler months for a fee and there is a spa. There is a table, chairs, loungers and sectional sofa on the large deck.

The perfect family getaway!

The house was just as depicted in the pictures. Plenty of space for my wife & I and our grandkids. Between the pool at the house and the Oasis Club, we barely left the resort. Everything you need to enjoy the house is provided. And 2 grocery stores are a 5 minute drive away. Definitely a winner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property has potential

Very responsive Property Manager. House could use updating to carpets, install ceiling fans, and TV’s.. Cleanliness of Patio needs attention. New Grill was nice. Pressure sensitive water valves in bathrooms were annoying at times. Dishwasher did not function most of our stay. Oasis Club is very nice and convenient to the house. Nice gated community. Close to restaurants, Disney, Universal, etc.
