Gulf Shores Colony Club

We went to Gulf Shores for spring break, and for my daughter’s upcoming graduation from college. We very much enjoyed the area and the place we stayed was very nice and as advertised.

The online description of the apartment is pretty accurate. It is a cute place, decorated nicely and was very convenient for what we went down for (USSSA WS Tournament) We just had a few hiccups with our stay. Our room wasn’t cleaned when we went in the apartment, but we left and they cleaned it while we were out, so not to big of a deal. The area rug in the living room hid a few surprises that our feet found, an earring and a small fishhook, may want to replace that, but all in all the apartment is nice. However, my biggest problem with the apartment that will probably keep me from coming back, was the camera on the balcony/porch. The fact that we are renting from a person we do not know, having that person watch you or your kids while setting out there is unsettling!
