The house is 80 m from the sandy beach and shallow water with sandy bottom, suitable for barefoot bathing, ideal for children. The place Potocnica is a small village, with about 50 cottages, according to quiet and tranquil. Potocnica is located 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island of Pag, with many restaurants, shops and leisure activities.
