Pool and Hot Tub heating available upon request for an additional $75/day.... Please note that pool heating is required for hot tub to be heated to proper spa temperature.

No pets allowed- $1000 cleaning fee will be added for any violations.

Best property for everything you need

The location was great and the home was perfect. This home had everything and then some when it comes to accommodations. I have booked plenty of homes before but this home is by far the BEST EVER. The property manager was VERY PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stairs are very steep

Everything was amazing. Only complaint was the stairs are dangerously steep. Wish baby gates were available to give security about stairs.

Walking distance to the store! Peaceful neighborhood and excellent home for a large party!

Had a fantastic time! Kids enjoyed the pool, thank you for having life jackets handy! We were down there for motocross at Arizona Cycle Park and it was only a half hour away! Went to the zoo, zoo lights, Papago park, Lego land, the aquarium, trampoline park, shopping, and to many dinners out. The location was perfect for all of it! Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and host very very responsive and great to deal with. Would have been better if the area was a little more complete but it will be in no time at all! I would stay here again if it meets my next trip to the Phoenix area.
