The apartment is located in the center of Świnoujście, in a quiet, new housing estate at Chełmońskiego Street. The estate has a playground for children, and the apartment building itself is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is located 1200m from the promenade with a beautiful sandy beach - an ideal place for a holiday vacation or a walk by the sea. The area is surrounded by green areas - in just a few steps you can walk to the Chopin Park or the larger Zdrojowy Park. This location can meet all your daily needs thanks to the many interesting restaurants and shopping outlets. The nearest supermarket is only 200m away. For fans of active leisure, we recommend going to the Aquapark, which is only 2 km from the apartment. If you travel by train, this apartment will be a great choice, as it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Świnoujście Centrum Railway Station.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This great apartment that can accommodate 5 people (4 adults + 1 children) consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a large double bed. The apartment has been finished in a modern and cozy style. A fully equipped, spacious kitchenette (appliances such as an oven, microwave or coffee maker) and a private bathroom with a shower will make guests feel at home here. Also, high-speed wireless Internet access and a flat-screen TV will surely make your stay in the apartment pleasant. There is also a balcony with garden furniture at guests' disposal. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair (reservation required).

Super FeWo , super zentral, kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen!

In der Küche fehlte noch ein Topf und eine große Schüssel, sonst alles top, super sauber!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby ist ausreichend Platz. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht stört. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Eine Woche im Sptember 2019

Wir waren mit unseren Zwillingen eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist wirklich gut geschnitten und schön möbliert. Allerdings sind die Möbel teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt. Leider war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab einen kleinen Topf und eine Pfanne. Keinen Sieb, keine Salatschüssel, wenig Besteck und es gibt KEINE Spülmaschine (was in der Beschreibung anders steht). Leider musste man dadurch sehr kreativ "kochen"... Wer im Wohnzimmer schlafen möchte, sollte sich eine Augenbinde mitnehmen, die Vorhänge sind sehr lichtdurchlässig und der Innenhof des Hauses die ganze Nacht beleuchtet. Auch rattert der Kühlschrank recht laut... Aber das Objekt selbst ist recht ruhig und wir haben uns nicht wie Touristen gefühlt! Swinemünde selbst ist ein wirklich schöner Ort mit einer wunderschönen neuen Promenade, einem tollen langen beaufsichtigten Sandstrand und vielen Restaurants und Spielplätze... einen Hochseilgarten, Shopping Center, Polenmärkte und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. Wir haben uns trotz der sperrlichen Küchenausstattung und dauerndem von Hand abwaschen dort wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterbringung und diesen Ort gerne weiter!

Schöne Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist mit genügend Utensilien ausgestattet, sogar Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Der Balkon führt in den ruhigen Innenhof. Wir sind super zufrieden. Die Möbel sind teilweise nicht im besten Zustand und der Schrank lässt sich schwer öffnen. In der Dusche ist das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgelaufen.
