We cordially invite you to our comfortable apartment in the Residenz Bursztyn. The apartment has an area of 40 square meters and is intended for 2 or 4 people. It consists of a salon with a kitchen corner, a separate bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. Another advantage is the large terrace - (12 sqm) with sea view, which makes it possible to enjoy the air filled with iodine regardless of the weather. In the summer season there is also garden furniture and loungers available on the terrace. The apartment is connected to free WiFi and German television (6 programs). You have reception of the German mobile network.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Swinemünde genossen. Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Mobiliar in gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll maritim eingerichtet. Absolut ein Appartment was keine Wünsche übrig lässt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und schnell. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und kann diese nur Bestätigen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten super und eine tolle und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme mit den Gastgebern. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Es ist am Ende der Promenade und dadurch total ruhig. Vom Balkon konnte man das Meer sehen und vor allem hören. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Swinemünde fahren, dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal dort. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im August 24 dort. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Dabrowski, hat uns super Tipps zwecks Ausflügen, Eisdiele usw. gegeben, die wir alle genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können ihn als Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Strandnähe sehr gut, nur 5 min. Wohnung war wie gezeigt und praktisch eingerichtet. Parktor war defekt. Parkplätze etwas knapp.

Eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit

Der Urlaub bei Familie Dabrowski war perfekt, denn die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage direkt an der Promenade war erstklassig und Frau Dabrowski hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Der nächste Urlaub in Swinemünde wird wieder bei Familie Dabrowski gebucht.

Eine Woche im März 2024

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt. Die Lage ist einmalig, das Ende der Promenade gleich vor der Tür. Die Gastgeber Dabrowski / Mutter, sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Schlüsselübergabe war Vorort und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Parkplatz neben dem Gebäude vorhanden. Bei uns funkionierte der Toaster nicht, am Abend wurde uns ein neuer vorbei gebracht.Wir werden bestimmt die Wohnung im 2. Stock wieder buchen.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Top Lage, ruhig und entspannt, ein bisschen unschön ist, dass man den Fahrstuhl(Öffnen der Türen) ständig hört, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit, ansonsten alles da, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber antworten schnell und zuverlässig und gehen auf Wünsche ein. Kann man nur empfehlen. Familie Bresser

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist wie immer sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Empfang war wie immer sehr herzlich von Frau Dabrowska. Wir sind auch schon viele male da gewesen und versuchen es nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen
