Optimal für Swinemünde ohne Auto

Ein angenehmer und gut ausgestatteter und geschmackvoll eingerichteter Ort für ein paar Tage an der See, alle Ziele sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Silvesterurlaub

Altes Haus, neu renoviert. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße, die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes war Top! Selbst Nachts wurde uns noch geholfen. Inserat nicht mehr ganz aktuell! Es gibt jetzt Geschirrspüler in jeder Wohneinheit 😉

An einer viel befahrenen Straße

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral, an einer sehr viel befahren Durchfahrtsstraße wo vor 22:00 Uhr keine Ruhe einkehrt. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig am sehr schönen Strand und der wunderbaren Promenade von Swinemünde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar.
