The family-run holiday home on Jana Matejki Str. 32/2, the green feeder to the beach promenade, is especially for large families or groups with four rooms in three lockable, stylishly furnished apartments on approx. 140 m2 of living space and a large south-facing terrace of approx. 20 m2 Suitable for friends of up to 9 people.

Alles in allem ein solider Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Lage ist schön, man ist in knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Die Heizung im Objekt unten an der Eingangstür macht komische Geräusche. Das sollte überprüft werden. Für 9 Personen sind zu wenig Kochtöpfe im Objekt. Der Grill ist auch eher für 2 Personen geeignet. Parken geht nicht vor dem Haus, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine tolle Zeit in dieser großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung.

Gut ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt aber leider ist die Unterkunft nicht sehr Familientauglich. Es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum für einen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind nur über steile Treppen zu erreichen. Daher ist es bewegungseingeschränkten Menschen und Kindern unmöglich die Zimmer zu erreichen. Küchen sind wie neu. W-lan sehr gut. Lage super. Zum Strand nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und zum Hafen und dem schönen Park ebenso. Ein zabka (Einkaufsmöglichkeit) ist zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

Der Aufenthalt war gut das Haus war maximal für 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder ausgelegt allerdings mit Belegung von min 3 Personen pro kleinem Zimmer es gab die gesamte Zeit über nur kaltes Wasser also Lust auf duschen verging sehr schnell

Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort, leider waren wir enttäuscht, es roch modrig im Haus, Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen auch modrig, Türklinken und Duschwände kaputt. Die Terrasse war sehr schmutzig.Nachts musste man die Fenster zu machen da der Straßen Lärm sehr stark war. Schade

Wir waren nur für 3 Tage dort, Die Ferienwohnung war sauber. Kleine Probleme mit der Heizung usw. konnten problemlos mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden.Leider gibt es zu den Etagen sehr steile schmale Treppen, die für jemandem mit gewissen Bewegungseinschränkungen zum Problem werden können.

Die Lage ist perfekt aber...

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Unterkunft erst zu dritt später zu 9 .Das Haus bietet alles was man in einer Fewo benötigt für eine kleine Gruppe ,toll sind vorallem die einzelnen Wohneinheiten.Wir waren voller Vorfreude doch leider wurde diese getrübt als wir die erste Wohnung bezogen hatten, da die Küche schmutzig war und die Bettlaken sowie -bezüge ebenfalls dreckig.Auf Anfrage beim Vermieter bekamen wir sofort die Housekeeperin geschickt doch leider musste ich das Bett dann doch noch selbst beziehen.Die Duschköpfe habe ich dann auch noch selbst entkalkt da man von Strahl zu Strahl springen musste.Fazit: es ist ein solides Ferienhaus doch wäre den Vermietern eine neue Housekeeperin zu empfehlen da diese es nicht so genau nimmt mit der Sauberkeit.Ach so noch ein kleines Wort zur Lage ,diese ist super in dem gesamten Urlaub benötigten wir kein Auto (dieses stand auf dem bewachten Parkplatz ca.100m entfernt),zum Zentrum und zum Hafen ca.20 min., zur Promenade ca.15min. und zum Markt ca.25min.Fußweg.bezogen habenWohnungbeziehen wollten

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen , der Fußweg zur Promenade beträgt aber etwas mehr als 7 min. Die Zimmer waren sauber . Wohnung und Zubehör wie beschrieben. Allerdings nah an einer Kreuzung gelegen bis ca. 22:00 viel Straßenlärm . Kontakt zum Vermieter wie angegeben, Unterlagen usw wurden alle rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt . Eine Woche mit 3 Familien

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Wir waren drei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind. Die Lage war super, alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren auch schön, die Lautstärke der Straße hat man leider in dem einem Arpartment stark vernommen, in den restlichen Zimmern jedoch nicht so stark. Im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne Zeit gewesen.

Altes Haus, neu renoviert. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße, die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes war Top! Selbst Nachts wurde uns noch geholfen. Inserat nicht mehr ganz aktuell! Es gibt jetzt Geschirrspüler in jeder Wohneinheit 😉

An einer viel befahrenen Straße

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral, an einer sehr viel befahren Durchfahrtsstraße wo vor 22:00 Uhr keine Ruhe einkehrt. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig am sehr schönen Strand und der wunderbaren Promenade von Swinemünde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar.
