The two-level apartment prepared for 10 people is an ideal place for a trip with family or a group of friends. The whole is complemented by four balconies, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and the promenade.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Mit einigen Reperaturarbeiten (Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmern, Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher, Sofa, Regalfront, ...) wäre alles perfekt.

Niemals 5 Sterne! Es fehlten Handtuchhaken, welche nur im Schubfach lagen. Jalousien, wurden nicht wieder befestigt. Sitzmöbel kaputt. Die Wohnung war ziemlich kalt, trotz Heizung.

Tolles Appartement

Hat zwei Bäder was wirklich zum Vorteil ist. Tollen Balkon und dein Haustier wenn es ein Hund ist darf auch mit. Leider hatten wir kein Internet trotz Anzeige, das war nicht schön und sollte mal überprüft werden.

Urlaub in toller Lage aber mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine optimale Lage und eine angenehme Größe aus die 4 Balkone sind super 2 davon mit Meerblick. Wir hatten 2 Probleme einmal das ein Balkontürgrif abgebrochen war (Tür ließ sich nicht mehr Schließen) und zum zweiten fehlte der Toaster, wir haben uns dann telefonisch mit Renters in Verbindung gesetzt und 2 h später kam der Hausmeister mit einem neuen Toaster und am nächsten Tag der Fensterbauer und die Balkontür zu reparieren. Das lief alles ohne Probleme. Und die Matratzen sind sehr gut, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber da gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass sowas wie mit der Balkontür schon vor unserer Anreise erledigt gewesen wäre, so gingen uns doch alles in allem 4 h verloren.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut Es könnten mal ein paar Dinge repariert werden!(wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab ,Tür vom Küchen Balkon ging manchmal gar nicht zu öffnen und schließen,Waschbecken im Obergeschoß hing sehr schief .Würden sehr gerne wieder nächstes Jahr bei ihnen mieten aber wie gesagt es müsste mal was getan werden.MfG K.Neudek
