In the very large, well-kept garden (1600 sq m) you can relax, play or grill. There are three parking spaces on the property. The entire property is fenced, hedges and trees provide privacy, and thus an ideal place to relax in the middle of nature.

Świnoujście is located on 44 islands, among the untouched nature of the Świna delta on one side, and the Baltic Sea on the other. One of the greatest advantages of Świnoujście is the widest beach in Poland, made of golden sand. It is the only beach on the coast that grows naturally year by year.

Świnoujście, apart from being an attractive resort and wellness center, is also a beautiful city.
