The Ambria Apartment "Maritime" in Świnoujście is located in a completely new residential area "Kwartał Róży Wiatrów" ("Winden Rose Quarter"), near the old landscape health park with the area of 58 ha. The apartment consists of a bedroom, very spacious, a living room with kitchenette, a dining room and a modern bathroom.
If you want privacy and independence, you will surely love the well-equipped kitchenette. Its total area is 29 m2.
The location is absolutely perfect - on the one hand it is really close to the city center, and on the other hand to the spa park - this oasis of tranquility. Nearby there are also: the marina, the ferry dock, sandy beach, promenade and historic fortifications.
Within about 100 m from the apartment you will also find such shops as Biedronka and LIDL.

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung gemütlich, wenn auch hier und da ein kleiner frischer Anstrich nötig war. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles wie versprochen vorhanden. Einzig das vor dem Bett eingebauter Fenster war unbequem, Matratze sehr hart und ..... einer musste immer aufstehen wenn der andere z. B. nachts auf's WC wollte. Wir würden die Wohnung aber jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Kleine nette Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man so braucht. Ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an Möbel und Wänden waren zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist gut zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Leider gab es keinen aparkplatz, so dass man die öffentliche Parkplätze nutzen musste und zusätzlich pro Tag 5€ zahlen musste. Alles in allem kann ich meine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.
