Peroj. The holiday flat is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
