Palau. The studio is located in a residence on a 5 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. +++ Pets are prohibited from using the communal areas and must not weigh more than 25 kg. +++. The residential complex was designed with respect for the tradition and architecture of the island. All apartments are built from typical Sardinian stone and are nestled in well-maintained gardens with plants from the Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks of Gallura, shaped by the wind. Pedestrian pathways through the greenery connect the apartments to the swimming pool. The residence is 500 m from the center of Palau, 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena with its spectacular marine park, and 30 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena and is surrounded by a dense pine forest with a fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities. Access is via a path (paved, gravel, or grit). Parking on the property.
