Mini Work/vacation Trip

Wonderful place to stay!

Very comfortable home base for our vacation. Had everything we needed including a great view. After days of hiking and adventure it was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet… both inside and out on the balcony. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

An oasis within an oasis

The unit is a two bedroom apartment on the second floor of an outbuilding on the host's property, located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood tucked against the Verde River and cliffs. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The balcony view was stunning. Enjoying a coffee while watching the sunrise over the cliffs was a sublime experience. Kate and Colt were great hosts, promptly answering all of our questions prior to our trip. The Camp Verde location was a perfect central location for our day trips to Sedona and Jerome. We had a fantastic weekend!

Arizona’s finest Country getaway

With local Farmers Market’s (Rojilio is the man! Farmer across the street and has bomb hatch Chili’s), breath taking scenery and country peace and quiet, I promise you will get your dollars worth. Kaitlyn and Colton are so gracious and accommodating. They literally went the extra mile in everything they did. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. The best server at a restaurant is the one who never lets your drink be empty, knowledgeable about their menu and efficient all while not breathing down your neck unless you need something. To use an analogy, if Colton and Kaylyn were servers, they would work at the finest dining restaurant you could find. CLASSY! I was preparing for a huge project for work and it’s exactly what I needed, a quiet place my family and I could relax and truly get away. Thanks guys, we are excited to come back and can genuinely say that was the best app rental experience we have ever had. Perfect price point, oh and they have delicious well water that is so naturally alkaline it almost fizzes when you squirt a lemon in it!!! Literally, their water cures cancer!(This is strange VRBO guys opinion and may or may not be provable in court.) Disclaimer: If your looking for a party scene VRBO this probably is not the place. If your laidback, low maintenance or have a small family like us, you’ll love it. Very holsom fun!!!

Peaceful Location to unwind

Great condo, beautiful view and clean

This was a great, clean space with two nicely appointment bedrooms, large patio facing the mountains and nice bathroom with heated floors. Very spacious and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was very communicative. We will definitely stay here again!

AZ Family Friendly Neighborhood Suite

This place is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It has a kitchenette and mini fridge, much like a hotel suite but with more privacy and personality. The hosts were right there if we needed them & we had no trouble finding it. Definitely would come here again if we’re ever in the neighborhood.

Another great stay

We’ve stayed twice now and both times this has been such a lovely location to be. So peaceful and located where we can easily drive to all the local attractions. Love the little touches like snacks and coffee and tea. Lots of rural roads to walk with our dogs. I’m quite sure we’ll be back.

First Visit to AZ

My wife and I came to Camp Verde for a meeting I had for a project in Camp Verde. We really enjoyed the property itself and there is an amazing view from the back deck. The property was clean and well appointed with just the right amenities for the space. If I had to find a flaw, it was that the WiFi was weak. But, I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone.
