Built in 2020, this picturesque bungalow-style home offers a 5-minute walk from the restaurants, pubs, and shops of historic downtown Southern Pines.

Centrally located in the "Home of American Golf, " we have carefully curated this spacious golfer's hideaway to create a unique experience for your next golf trip or family getaway.

The space:
Updated and clean, this welcoming space is perfect for large groups, families, and friends. There is something for everyone at the SP; from the pool table, Golden Tee arcade game, and reading nook, to the roomy front porch and back yard. Wash away your missed putts and woeful shanks as you soak in all the southern hospitality this space has to offer.

Living room and bedrooms offer smart TVs with preloaded Netflix and dependable Wi-Fi. Electronic lock in place for quick and easy access. Professionally cleaned before every visit.

Wonderful home, perfect location

It was exactly as pictured and described - clean, nice, efficient, roomy - and Kyler was super easy to work with and very communicative. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!

Great house and layout which worked out perfect for our family

Loved the area and the location of the house was very close to the downtown area of Southern Pines. Although we didn't golf during our stay, this would be a perfect house for golfers !!!!
