Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in purer Natur verbracht. Das Haus liegt fast allein an einem malerischen See. Es gibt mehrere Kajaks und Ruderboote. Paddel, Ruder und auch zwei Elektro- Außenborder sind vorhanden. Also Angeln ist sehr unkompliziert, wobei der freischwingende Angelsteg etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Die große Terrasse ist besonders in den Abend- und Morgenstunden unbeschreiblich schön.Die Sauna, mit Aussicht und direkt am See haben wir mehrfach genutzt, nicht zuletzt, weil überall (auch am Kamin) fertig vorbereitetes Heitzholz bereit steht.Das einzige Manko wie ich finde, ist die Tatsache, dass das Haus mit 8 Personen komplett ausgelastet ist.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in traumhafter Natur genossen. Danke.

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war jederzeit sehr freundlich, nett und unkompliziert. Das war leider der einzige Punkt, der uns überzeugt hat.Das Haus selbst entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und fast alle Kommoden sowie Schränke waren mit persönlichen Gegenständen des Besitzers belegt. Dadurch hatten wir kaum Stauraum und mussten die gesamte Woche aus dem Koffer leben. Das Haus wirkt eher wie ein dauerhaft bewohntes Privathaus als wie ein Ferienhaus. In der Küche fanden wir zudem abgelaufene Medikamente. Die Betten waren sehr alt, teilweise ohne Lattenrost und insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Haus ist für bis zu 10 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir waren nur zu fünft und empfanden den Platz bereits als knapp.Auch der Außenbereich war enttäuschend. Die Terrasse sowie der Weg zum Steg waren baufällig und teilweise beschädigt. Für Kinder halten wir den Bereich für ungeeignet. Die angebotenen Boote, Kanus und Fahrräder waren alt, verrostet oder defekt und konnten teilweise nicht genutzt werden. Der Schuppen zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern war vollständig mit Gegenständen des Besitzers belegt.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Aussicht.Die Fotos entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Einrichtung und Außenbereich sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und stark abgenutzt. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider nicht.

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und Vermieter lief die gesamte Zeit Einwandfrei. Das Haus und der See haben wirklich viel zu bieten. Besonders, die Möglichkeit sämtliche Botte, Fahrräder usw. zu nutzen war wirklich toll. Auch die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight. Wir würden immer wieder Buchen.

Tjällmo - Familien Urlaub

Super Haus ! Super Kommunikation mit den Vermietern! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Im Haus sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Die Küchengeräte sind alle auf dem neuesten Stand. Angeln auf Hecht und Barsch war top. Diverse Boote und Kanus sind vorhanden. Krebsreusen stellt der Vermieter. Hinfahren und genießen :-).

Schönes Haus in Alleinlage am See

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Traumlage am See, nur die nahen Hochspannungsleitungen sind anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mittlerweile hat das Haus ein gewisses Alter, ist aber top gepflegt. Das Equipment (Boote, Fahrräder, ...) ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb es nur stark eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte.

Hallo Danke für deine Rückmeldung! Es ist wahr, dass das Haus alt ist. Es wurde 1960 von unserem Großvater für Sommerspaß, Jagd und Angeln gebaut. 1976 und 2008, als auch die Sauna gebaut wurde, wurden zwei Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Fahrräder und Boote sind aus den 70er Jahren, funktionieren aber. Leider war der Boom des Segelboots verschwunden, als Steffen das Haus mietete. Es wird bis zur Saison 2021 repariert.
