In a dream location in the popular beach street in the seaside resort Kühlungsborn you can enjoy your holiday. The cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment-style apartment complex. From the balcony you can look at the hustle and bustle in the beach road. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find cafes, restaurants and shops. The distance to the pier and to the beach is about 300 m. The city forest in the immediate vicinity invites you to take a walk. The living room has a sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV and radio / CD. The open kitchenette contains hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs.
There is a free Wi-Fi access available. An underground parking space (number 16, lift below) is available. Please note the maximum vehicle height including roof rails of 1.60 m. Bicycles can be accommodated in a lockable room. The house has a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, on the balcony is an ashtray ready. Pets are not allowed.
Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.

The beach, the pier and the marina are just a few minutes' walk away, while the inviting cafes, shops and restaurants of Strandstr. passes. For bathers there is a shortcut through the quiet city forest to groyne 8. A charming restaurant right on the beach. The bakery, the fruit shop (organic) and the butcher shop, pharmacy, etc. can be reached after about 50 m. The Edeka Market is 150 meters away and the train station is 300 meters away.
The apartments have 2 or 3 rooms and are designed for 2 to 5 people. The apartments are comfortably furnished, some with microwave and telephone. Partially pets are allowed.
All have a balcony.
In the communal laundry room are coin machines for washing machine and dryer.
One underground parking space (double parker), max. Height 1.60 m and length 5.00 m for each apartment is included in the room rate.

Die Rezeption wurde statt um 14 Uhr erst um 14:30 Uhr geöffnet. Es bildete sich eine längere Warteschlange. Als wir dran waren wurden wir von dem Herrn gut bedient. Doch der andere Mann hinter der Teke schrie uns plötzlich an wir sollten nicht so laut sprechen, er würde hier schließlich was erklären. Als dann noch ein anderer Urlauber was zwischen fragte, flippte er total aus „ WIR SIND HIER NICHT IN EINER BAHNHOFSHALLE „ so geht man nicht mit seinen Gästen um. Das geht garnicht. War echt ein mieser Empfang.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Mietobjekt ist sehr gut, Strandnah direkt an der Einkaufsstraße. Sehr gut Wohnung, Parksystem in der Tiefgarage sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig , Das Auto darf nicht höher als 1,60 m sein, ansonsten keine kostenfreie Parkplätze im außenbereich.
