The apartment is located in house 1 of the complex in 1. First floor with separate entrance on the gable side of the house. It is equipped for 2-4 persons. Bright and friendly furnished apartment offers a living area with sofa (incl. Sofa bed), TV and hi-fi system. The kitchenette with microwave is integrated in the living area. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. To relax, the balcony invites you to the east side.
There is a free Wi-Fi access available. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. In the underground car park is the parking space nr 18 available. The underground car park includes double parking, please be aware that your car is not more than 1.50 m, more than 5.00 m and no wider than 1.90 m, so there will be no inconvenience during your stay. Schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn. Die gemieteten Ferienwohnung war groß und alles wichtige vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist für Kleinfamilien gut geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Mitte der Einkaufstrase und man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Der einzige Manko war die telefonische Kommunikation bei Rückfragen vor der Anreise. Die war nicht Kundenorientiert und es kam das Gefühl auf, dass der Interaktionspartner einen nicht Beraten wolle und sprach nicht auf Augenhöhe. Daher werde ich über die Firma Sodan nicht nochmal buchen.
