The 3-room apartment is very well divided and with about 50 m² for up to 4 people well suited. The high rooms with stepped stucco give the apartment a generous character. You reach the ground floor apartment on the terrace. In the slightly separated entrance area is the wardrobe with mirror, which offers enough space for shoes and jackets. The living area consists of a comfortable seating area (armchair and sofa) and a rocking chair. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and Hi-Fi stereo CD radio are available. There are also some board games and books available. The kitchenette is of course fully equipped and has a 2 plate stove with hood, microwave and coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and a mini-oven. The dining area consists of a round table with 4 comfortable chairs. For a restful night you have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and spacious closets, in the smaller bedroom, the bed has a width of 1.40 m. In addition, you have the opportunity to convert the sofa in the living area to a sleeping accommodation for 2 people (duvets and pillows are in the sofa bed). A bathroom with toilet and shower and vanity with a continuous storage area and mirror front complete this apartment. A hair dryer is available. In addition, the west-facing terrace invites you to relax. Pets are not allowed. You can park your car in the underground car park. They have the number 4. The pitches are double parkers (2 cars one above the other). Please make sure that your car is not higher than 1.50 m, longer than 5.00 m and not wider than 1.90 m so that there is no inconvenience during your stay. A station wagon fits only backwards on the pitch. However, we do not guarantee. The gross vehicle weight must not exceed 2000 kg. The house has a bicycle storage room and a room with washing machine and dryer, which are equipped with coin machines.
There is also the possibility to use the W-Lan connection for free.
