Our apartments are modern, friendly and practical.
In addition, equipped with cork or linoleum floors suitable for allergy sufferers. Carpet (ball yarn) is only in the hallways of the house.

HOLIDAY AT HOME

Our two cottages are centrally located next to each other in the traffic-calmed area (Westerstraße) and at the main pedestrian zone (Franz-Habich-Strasse)
It is only 400m to the north beach and the water park Gezeitenland. Shops, restaurants, bike rental right outside the door.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war nicht allzu groß, bot aber alles, was man für den Urlaub brauchte. Falls wir noch einmal nach Borkum reisen, werden wir versuchen hier wieder unterzukommen!

Klein aber fein

Wir haben Wohnung 2 in der 2. Etage gemietet. Es war ein kleines,sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Appartement von etwa 25 qm mit einem separaten Schlafraum,einer neuen Küchenzeile und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Für 2 Personen war es völlig ausreichend und sehr angenehm,da wir unseren Urlaub natürlich überwiegend draußen und außerhalb der Wohnung verbracht haben. Wir sind sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen worden und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen und Urlaub machen!! Top-Adresse!!

Urlaub von Anfang an

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal für 2 Personen. Alles ist in einem erkennbar regelmäßig gepflegten Zustand. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen während des Urlaubs so braucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt gute und praktische Tipps direkt bei der Ankunft. Ein großes Plus bei der Wohnung ist ihre Lage: Sie ist mitten im Kern der Innenstadt und alles Notwendige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig gut zu erreichen (Fahrradverleih, Fischgeschäft, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Sparkasse, ...). Bis zum Strand braucht man nur wenige Minuten. WLAN (wenn auch nicht ganz stabil) wird kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und hatten trotz Oktober noch tadelloses Wetter und konnten viel unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Borkum!

Schöne und voll ausgestattete Wohnung. Super zentr

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung das erste mal besucht. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist mit allen alltäglichen Sachen bestückt. Der Vermieter ist unmittelbar vor Ort. Wir werden beim nächsten Borkum Aufenthalt, diese Wohnung wieder wählen.

Super!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ideal für 2 Personen. Das Bad sieht aus wie neu und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man so zum Kochen braucht (abgesehen von einem Backofen, aber man hält es auch mal einen Urlaub ohne aus). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und offen. Ein großes Plus bei der Wohnung ist ihre Lage: Sie ist im Kern der Innenstadt und alles Notwendige ist in einem 1-2-minütigen Fußmarsch zu erreichen (Fahrradverleih, Fischgeschäft, Supermarkt, Sparkasse,...). Bis zum Strand braucht man allerdings ganze 3 Minuten. Das ist aber durchaus in Kauf zu nehmen ;) Gerne wieder!
