A washing machine is also available.
There is a private terrace and the parking is directly at the house.

When setting up the apartment, it was important to us that everything was there to have a great stay and how we wanted to live.

In the immediate vicinity (radius about 300m) there are:
Supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, pharmacy and doctors, ice cream parlor, retail stores, snack bars and pubs.
Although this apartment is very centrally located and you can reach everything within walking distance, it is still a quiet location, on a pedestrianized street.
