Apartment with shower and bath, WC, 2 bedrooms:
Large apartment (75m ²) with kitchen, living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x with 2 separate single beds), large bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. 

Our farm was completely renovated in 2017 and is located 6 km outside of Kirchberg (near Aschau). In summer, this location is the ideal starting point for extensive cycling and hiking tours. A large adventure playground, and a Kneipp facility are only about 5 minutes drive from our apartment. In winter, the KiWest cable car is about a 2-minute drive from the house. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (2 minutes walk). From here you are driven directly to Pengelsteinbahn I, which brings you to the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps ski area.

We had a wonderful skiing holiday. The apartment is on the second floor and very clean. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The kitchen is very well equipped. There's no microwave, but that wasn't a problem for us. There's a Smart TV in the living room, so you can log in to Netflix, for example. On the ground floor, there's a ski boot dryer and ski storage lockers (maximum ski length 160cm). The ski bus stop to the KitzSki gondola is about 150-200 meters away. The owners are very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Große Wohnung mit wenig Licht

Grosser Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht. 1Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmerfenster mit Fliegengitter, sehr gut. Bad schön hell mit Dachfenster. Wohnzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer bekamen zu wenig Tageslicht. Küche und WC ganz ohne Tageslicht. Im WC gab es keine Seife und keinen Spiegel am Waschbecken. Im Bad keinen Föhn Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Schränke und Regale sind ausreichend vorhanden. Vermisst haben wir eine Mikrowelle in der Küche. In der Wohnung gab es zwei Stufen zum Bad und WC, die für uns störend waren.

Wir waren zufrieden. Die FeWo war gut ausgestattet, jedoch sehr abgelegen und etwas nüchtern eingerichtet. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Skiurlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wunderbarer Ort

Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben. Eine sehr schöne, große FeWo mit herrlichem Ausblick vom geräumigen Balkon. Man sieht sogar den Wilden Kaiser. Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswürdig und charmant. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es so viel Sehenswertes. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht. Vielen Dank!!

Schöne Urlaubstage

Die Wohnung ist super schön gelegen. Schöner Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Die Wohnung ist auch für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen. Ein Wäscheständer wäre schön gewesen. Das war aber das einzige was uns gefehlt hat.
