The apartment is located in the 1. First floor of the house - complete floor including 30 sqm roof terrace incl. Garden furniture.
Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and new bathroom with XXL shower. You can expect a large living room with XXL flat screen TV 66 "and electric fireplace. The sofa bed is 200 x 200 cm in size, so it can be used as a double bed. In the living room is also a welcoming dining area for up to 8 people. One bedroom is equipped with box spring bed, the other with separate or compile beds furnished. The apartment also has a new kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Cooking and eating utensils are also sufficiently available.
