202- 2 Queens/ Den/Bathroom /the heart of downtown MKE

My place is close to the Fiserv Forum, where the Bucks, Marquette Basketball and concerts all occur, The UWM Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Milwaukee Theater, Wisconsin Convention Center, PAC, Marquette University, MSOE etc.. We are close to nightlife with several restaurants and bars within one block with one located on the first floor of the building. Uber and taxis are readily available in the area along with short walks to the riverwalk.
Besides the amazing location, our space has 2 queen beds and a futon in the den for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The large space has coffee, fridge, microwave, 48 inch led tv, hardwood floors and new bathroom with shower. Free Wifi is available too. The space is perfect for business travelers or a weekend out in Milwaukee. There are 15 restaurants and bars within 2 blocks. The building was built in 1889 and is on the National Historic Preservation List. The Typewriter was invented in the building. We do advise that this is a downtown city dwelling with the noises that come with deliveries, trash pick ups, and foot traffic. For light sleepers or those accustom to complete silence we offer ear plugs, sound machines, and box fans to help if needed. The bar/restaurant on the first floor sometimes has big events for sports on TV.
Guest staying for extended times will have access to a washer and dryer.
There are codes and instructions given the day of your stay. We will message them to you. There is one flight of steps to get to your unit.
The space is private besides a shared hallway with one other suite.
We are available at all times to answer questions or help with recommendations about Milwaukee. We are just a text or email away! We can be there in 30 minutes if there is something that needs in person attention.
The location is amazing and in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. We are half a block from the Fiserv Forum, UWM Panther Arena, and Old World 3rd Street. About 3 blocks from the convention center. You couldnt ask for a better spot to see Milwaukee.
Uber and Taxis are readily available. There is a bus stop half a block away. Amtrak is about 6 blocks south.
We do not have our own parking, but do have a private garage we rent please message us with the daily rates. There are 2 parking structures within a block that are affordable. Usually $8 for overnight parking. There is free parking on the street from 6p to 2am. The parking lots nearby are private so please only park there if there is a tenant to pay. They will ticket and tow.
