Description An attractive, modern furnished apartment close to the slopes. Completely newly renovated. The living room has an adjoining balcony, from where you can enjoy the sun. In the living room there is a sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience such as oven, fridge with freezer and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a bunk bed. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a toilet, sink and shower. Wifi is available in the entire apartment. In addition, you can use the wellness facilities in the complex such as sauna, swimming pool and sun canopy.
Complex The complex is located directly at the entrance of the ski area and the hiking trails. The apartment can be found on the 7th floor, without stairs, same level as the entrance. There is a parking space in the underground parking garage. On the roof is a large roof terrace, where you can barbecue and sunbathe. An indoor swimming pool and sauna is available and you can use it for free. For a fee you can use a sun bed, washing machine and dryer.
Surroundings The accommodation is close to the ski area and a few minutes' walk from the Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bob track, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. The center of Winterberg is equipped with many shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and can be reached within a few minutes' walk. There is a wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of Winterberg.

Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

-At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.-We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
-The rental price includes energy costs.
-Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
