On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and / or towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Unsere Wohnung war nicht die, die auf den Bildern abgebildet war. Wir hatten Wohnung 3, welche leider sehr unsauber war und die beste Zeit deutlich hinter sich hat. Die Sitzgelegenheit draußen ist so nah an all den Nachbarn, dass man sie nicht nutzen mochte, da jeder einem auf den Tisch schauen kann. Der Preis für diese Wohnung ist leider nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der sauberen Wohnung. Sie hat eine gute Entfernung zur Strandstraße sodass wir uns vom Alltagstrubel erholen konnten.

Können die bisherigen Beurteilungen bestätigen

Positiv: Die Kommunikation mit VVR ist wirklich klasse! Auch bei unseren Sonderwünschen (2. Parkplatz) wurde uns unkompliziert geholfen Die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung ist bei der geringen Größe (60 qm) optimal durch zwei separate Schlafzimmer im OG. Klar, steile Treppe, aber das geht nicht anders. Die Betten und auch das Sofa sind sehr bequem Die Lage mitten in Prerow, aber ruhig, ist auch super! Was könnte besser sein: Die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig - man kann den Nachbarn husten hören und selbst das Trippeln des Hundes vom OG hört man unten. Die sehr kleinen Terrassen sind nicht wirklich nutzbar; die Zugänge zu den Wohnungen führen direkt daran vorbei. Mit einem zentralen Zugang in der Mitte zwischen den Häuserzeilen hätte dies besser gelöst werden können. Die Sauberkeit im Detail (z.B. Duschen) ist noch nicht optimal.

War einngelungener Urlaub!

Ferienwohnung war absolut in Ordnung. Gute Lage. Man hätte uns informieren können, dass auf dem Strand direkt vor Ort (Nordstrand) eine große Baustelle gibt. Für uns war es aber kein Problem, wir wären ohnehin zum Weststrand gefahren, da der einfach schöner ist. Mit dem Rad war es nicht weit, ca.8 km.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sauberes Ferienhaus. Leider jedoch schon etwas abgegriffen (Schränke, Geschirr, etc). Auf dem Spielplatz lagen Glasscherben. Außerdem legen neben dem Spielplatz ein ausrangierter, ausgebuddelter, mit Beton versehen Schirmständer. So gefährlich, dass Kinder sich dort beim Spielen böse hätten weh tun können.

Eine passende Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der nächste Spielplatz ist nicht weit. Leider war der auf den Fotos abgebildete Spielplatz Direktor vor Ort nicht (mehr) vorhanden. Einrichtung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 3 Sterne gibt es, weil es unseres Erachtens etwas zu teuer ist.

An die Ostseepreise selbst im Herbst muss man sich wohl gewöhnen!? (Oder man lässt es…). Für wie gebotene Qualität lag mir der Preis für Übernachtung und Reinigung schwer im Magen. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Reinigungsteam wurde nochmal in FEWO bestellt.

Alles gut und praktisch

Sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Verwaltung der Wohnung gut erreichbar gute Kommunikation prompte Erledigung eines gemeldeten Defektes am Duschschlauch. "Defekt war bei Ankunft nicht da" Central gelegen sehr ruhige Lage. Das ist in dem Fall kein Wiederspruch. Kommen gerne wieder bei Gelegenheit auf die Unterkunft zurück.

Schöne Sommerwoche in Prerow

Wir (Großelternpaar, Tochter und Kleinkind) haben uns in dem gut und funktional ausgestattetem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Terrasse, der kleine Spielplatz und der Grillplatz haben uns gut gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig. Schön, dass die Fenster mit Mückengittern ausgestattet waren, die Biester haben uns ziemlich gequält. Die zentrale Lage in Prerow ist ebenfalls gut. Wir haben uns gut erholt und gut geschlafen, die Betten haben gute Matratzen ( wenn man älter ist, sehr wichtig!). Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und reibungslos.

Wunderbare Lage, top Unterkunft

Buchung und Kommunination vorab war nkompliziert, promt und stressfrei. Auch die Anreise nach Geschäftsschluss völlig problemlos. Unterkunft top gepflegt, gemütlich, konzeptionell prima durchdacht, Küchenausstattung bestens, Spiele und Bücher vorhanden, gute Betten! Das Servicepersonal in der Verwaltung war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit (ein dickes Lob!!!), Lage eta 5 Gehminuten vom Ortskern/Geschäften entfernt. Nachts sehr ruhig! (Mein einziger, klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher.) Ankeplatz, wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher!
