I like overall the apartment but Im giving 4 starts instead of 5 because of a few things. The bathroom light for the main bedroom was broken, only the mirror light was working so it was very dark. The king bed mattress is very hard, at least for me and my husband, was not comfy at all and the door for the central air was broken too. The dish soap was mixed with water, it was like water with just a bit of color. Other than that I found the apartment , the furniture and the decor really nice. You can just walk to Universal and some many restaurants.

Perfect space for working and relaxing

My colleague and I attended a conference in the area. This apartment was terrific for we needed. We were able to work collaboratively during day and then have our own space at night. Two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Living room and kitchenette are efficient and had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and updated. The location is very convenient and has a number of pools. Nothing fancy but clean. The complex itself is dated and the interior public spaces are well worn but the apartment itself is very nice. Both my colleague and I mentioned we thought it would be a good place for two couples as well. Or parents and two children. Surprisingly quiet considering how large the complex is. But the neighborhood itself is not super busy which was nice.

Uncomfortable

Extremely uncomfortable given that the air conditioning did not work on the days when it was in the 70s. They finally fixed it on the 4th day out of the 5 days we were there AND to be treated rudely by the ac maintenance people. Oh and mind you, it was 30 degrees those last two days so we obviously at this point don’t need air conditioning. Definitely don’t recommend this place considering our situation. Was told they were working on some discount for our troubles but haven’t heard anything. Most likely will never hear from them ever.
