Great value and location for an Orlando stay exploring the Universal theme parks.Added bonus we could see the Epic Universe night time fireworks from the balcony.Had no issues with the condo unit and Host communication was always prompt.

Perfect location for trip to Universal we used Uber back and forth and never waited more than a minute. The building is very secure and the unit is clean. We had everything we needed and the indoor and outdoor pools were a plus. The manager was very responsive we would rent this unit again.

This in an older place walls are thin could here neighbor partying , musics and adult content. There were young men hanging on 1st floor hall way the entire 1st day and evening believed not to be residents and my family was uncomfortable enter the building. Bed in main bedroom was old not comfortable, staying on the couch. The main pool was nice as the pool to 2 nd building need of repair and is neglected. No restaurant on premises and the store is a vending machine.. Universal Studios is about a mile and a half away is walkable over high way , can’t using the scooters or bikes, do not reach the grocery store or Universal Studios, how to reachand cheaper to use Uber or wayno.

Pros: two bedroom and two bath. Lots of space. Black out curtains. I wish all rentals did this I slept so well. Two outdoor pools and hot tubs that were amazing. Didn’t think we’d use the hot tubs but after a day at the parks my feet loved them. Close to both Walgreens and Walmart. Epic started doing nightly fire works. The balcony over looks the fireworks so we got to see them without staying at the park that late every night. Cons: the only reason I didn’t give five stars is the address that is linked is not the correct location. When you type in the address on maps it’s much further from the parks, although still close and a cheap uber/lyft ride. This need to be updated. Another thing is the pool closed at a different time very night which was a bummer-either 8 or 830 depending on who was locking them.

I was disappointed in the accuracy of the listing for this property that said it was a 5 minute walk to Universal. It’s closer to a 40 minutes walk along a highway. I was also disappointed in the owner’s knowledge of what is contained in their unit. The unit was clean and there is plenty of parking.
