Totally renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom town home located in one of Orlando's newest luxury resorts, Vista Cay! This vacation home is conveniently located next to all of Orlando's major attractions. Disney, Universal, Sea world, Wet n Wild and fabulous International Drive are all within minutes away. For the business executive or the avid golfer, the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course are both located less than a 1/4 mile from Vista Cay!

Our town home has been professionally decorated including upgrades in furniture, lighting, window treatments and the media package. The living area features a 50' LCD TV with DVD. Each bedroom has a 19' flat screen TV with cable.

Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with a master KING suite, a second KING suite, and a full suite. For extra convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, and a garage. Free high speed internet access and HBO are provided.

Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

We stayed here for a conference and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private bathroom and we still had a half bath for any guests! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen came with everything you could need! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for the parks!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! The location was great for getting to and from the parks, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the amenities (pool) were great for fun at the house as well! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely property. Nice and clean. Plenty of space and beds, sofas, all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning excellent. Swimming pool was close by, although we only used this once. Universal is about a 10 minute drive and Epic Universe probably only 5 minutes in the car. Supermarket is nice and close. Anthony was really helpful and enabled us to enter the property earlier. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.

This property was very clean and well-equipped. We stayed here while attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, which was only a 3-4 minute drive away. It was also close to a grocery store, great restaurants, and entertainment. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

Perfect home to stay with friends/family. We ended up being just two couples instead of three, so it was hard to decide which room to choose, as they all have their own bathrooms and are very spacious. The whole apartment was very clean and accommodating. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

This was a beautiful townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. Having the pool and other amenities was a bonus. Anthony was great to work with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Great comfy home close to Disney

We loved this location and space. Has the minimum amenities in the home to feel comfy. Keep in mind there’s a lot of stairs, so my elderly parents did have some trouble with the stairs. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Excellent updated townhouse near Convention Center

This is our second stay in this beautiful updated townhouse. Anthony is great at communicating and extremely responsive. The home is lovely and very clean. Location is perfect for us as we were attending an event at the nearby Convention Center area. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you.

Perfect for our Family

This was a perfect house for our family! Everyone had a great room and their own bathroom! All amenities were provided, which was great when flying from another state. This house had everything we needed, and was conveniently located to the convention center and just a quick drive to Disney and Universal Attractions!! The pool was perfect for relaxing! Excellent property and rental!

The rental unit was exactly as described in the listing and the perfect size for our group. The furnishings were very nice and helped make for a relaxing trip. Extremely clean and convenient

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s townhouse. He was responsive to our questions and made the check in process very easy. The townhouse was upgraded, nicely decorated and very clean. Also the resort was lovely and convenient to the parks. We ended up picking up a few things at Publix, but mostly ate at the restaurants nearby. Thank you! Look forward to returning on our next trip.

Great place to stay.

We are very happy with the resort. We experienced minor issues but was resolved quickly. The # 1 issue is that we weren’t aware that the property’s car garage is used by other people/ cleaning people. They can come anytime and open the garage while you are inside. At least put a sign inside the house so future guests won’t be surprised like we did. Other than that everything was great. We would have gave all 5 stars if it wasn’t for minor mis haps here and there.

Vista Cay

Beautiful unit. Didn't expect 3 levels, but it was perfect. I only cooked once, but it had plenty of cookware and cooking utensils... many more options than expected. It did take a minute to get used to the 3 remotes in each room, but figured them out soon enough. The owner was amazing. We had a few questions and he responded immediately. When I return, my hope is to be able to book this unit again. I only wish they had an earlier check-in and later check-out.

So much space & privacy

This rental is broken up into 3 levels which made our trip great. My husband and I slept on the first floor with our own doors out to the patio. There is also a 1st floor bathroom and laundry. The kids slept on the 3rd floor with their own bathroom and two separate rooms which were both spacious and neat. The common living area is on 2nd floor with another bathroom. There is a small patio on the 2nd floor. It was a 5 minute walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to Walgreens, Chick Fil A, 7-11, gas station, a pizzeria, small pub, and a hair salon are all within a few minutes located outside the gated area. It is 10 minutes to City Walk Universal or Downtown Disney. Great location with a great pool that has a full service bar, game room for kids, and walking path around a man made lake.
