Lake Front Condo is very well maintained 1st floor.
Vista Cay Resort Orlando features over 900 luxury condominiums and town homes with two and three bedrooms in a secluded master planned development. Spanning over 1,500 acres, Vista Cay comfort and elegance for every visitor. From families and couples to tour groups and business travelers, Vista Cay in Orlando, Florida is a resort haven in the midst of all the excitement and the Orlando attractions. This lakefront resort complex is located adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center and within minutes from the Int'l airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Walt Disney Parks.

This property is new to owner so all furniture and appliances are brand new in Vista Cay resort that was just finished in 2007. The best part is the front entrance is Universal Blvd. and the back exit leads you onto International Dr. SeaWorld is 1 1/2 miles away. The convention center is walking distance which is 1/4 mile away. Fantastic location in the heart of the tourism district.

Perfect location for an Orlando holiday

The perfect place to stay while we visited the Disney and Universal theme parks. The kids loved cooling down at the pool and everywhere was in easy driving distance. It was really handy having a supermarket and a range of places to eat in walking distance. The check in process was easy and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

The property is wonderful. It’s spacious and has everything you need. The TV’s in each bedroom and the den gives everyone the opportunity to watch their favorite shows. We love the area and we especially love the pool!

Holiday visit to Orlando

The property was nice, we didn’t know the pool and clubhouse in our section was closed for renovations until March, but this unit is close enough to walk across the 4 lane road, Destination Drive to the other pool and clubhouse. Our family enjoyed time sitting by the fire pit. We had older family members that drove to the clubhouse and Publix and restaurants are all right there within walking distance. Our unit was conveniently located on 1st floor so very easy to come and go.great views on the patio overlooking the little lake!

Wonderful experience and stay!

Lovely place but needs a little help.

3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen trashcan. Only other trash cans are in the bathrooms. I would suggest trash cans in the bedrooms too. Need to update dryer. Only works on high which cooks the clothes. Need new furniture in living room. You sink in it. We put pillows on couch and sat on those to make more firm.

Great place to stay in Orlando

We had a great weekend with family at this amazing condo. The location is ideal if you are planning some trips around the Disney park. Very clean. The host couldn't be nicer. Great community pool and Whirlpool to enjoy until late into the night. Very quiet very spacious bathroom and living room. We will be back for sure.

I would actually give the condo 4.5 stars if the app would let me!

The condo was beautiful. The concierge service was great. The property management was super responsive. This was an amazing way for our family to share this trip. So much better than a hotel setting. We were able to get up and enjoy breakfast together each morning before we got started without leaving the privacy and comfort of the condo (i.e. in our PJs!) and relax together in the evenings after each day's adventures. The condo, even though it was much nicer than most hotels, ended up being far more economical. We could never have gotten hotel rooms for four nights for all of us for what we paid for the condo. We also cooked a few meals at the condo for less than one meal out would have cost for all of us! We will do it again! If there were one suggestion we would make about the condo itself, we would recommend installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The A/C worked just fine. But in Florida it is nice addition to increase sleeping comfort.

good location and layout, good space, convenient to all attractions

The owners are very nice and responsive. The property is located on the ground floor and has a nice view of the lake. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and having one with 2 queens is a bonus - easily sleeps 8 if needed. The furnishings are OK - comfortable enough and good cable service. However, the towels are not plentiful, nor are basic kitchen furnishings, like plates, utensils, cooking supplies - adequate, but just. Some of the furnishings are tired - bedroom rugs need more than cleaning, probably replacement, especially in master and 2 queen bedrooms. The unit looks set up for handicapped which is fine, but the shower in the master bath has a door that has a 2 " clearance at the bottom - need to be careful or the bathroom can get quite wet. The 2 queen bedroom has venetian blinds on the doors. One set is broken and needs to be replaced. Summary - nice owners, convenient, roomy. I have stayed at Vista Cay previously and feel that for the price, the unit needs to be upgraded in terms of amenities and state of wear and tear on the carpets. I do recommend this for groups going to Universal, Disney, Convention Center meetings, etc.

A perfect retreat

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was a beautiful place to stay and the amenities of the resort just added to our trip meeting all of our needs. I especially enjoyed the lake path for a quiet walk. The Connelly's were wonderful to work with as well, answering all of my questions. I am looking forward to next time.
