The property was spacious, immaculately clean, and smelled fresh. Although the furniture felt old and antique, the place was well cared for, with nothing left behind by previous guests. Overall, I enjoyed the property and would rent it again.

This was our second year in a row staying here for the Orlando Boat Show, and once again it was a great stay. The house is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The location is convenient for the show and getting around Orlando, and it’s a great place to come back to and relax after a long day.Everything was just as expected, check-in was easy, and we had no issues at all. The fact that we came back for a second year probably says it best — we know what we’re getting here and have been very happy both times. We’ll definitely keep this place on our list for next year’s show!

Condo was awesome. I would replace the chandeliers in bedrooms with ceiling fans. Wish there was an early check-in , but otherwise great. Couldn’t ask for better location with the Universal parks!

This property was our home base for 3 days at Universal parks. With older kids staying in a single 2 Queen room was not reasonable, and the prices for suites at the resort were also not reasonable, this 3 bedroom condo was perfect! We used Uber for all of our transportation (15 to 20 per ride) and had no issues getting to where we wanted to go or doing what we wanted to do. Coming home to large space were we could stretch, veg, or watch a movie was fantastic. Definitely recommend for families with older kids.

We’re happy to hear that the condo was the perfect home base for your Universal visit and that having the extra space made such a difference for your family. It’s great to know you enjoyed having room to relax and unwind after your days at the parks. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome your family back for another visit!

Great overall. Definitely a bit of a hike to the pool. We had some ac issues but the host was quick to respond and have it handled.I would definitely recommend a better lighting system in the media room. There was one light that stayed on that we could not get to go off.

We stayed here during the Orlando Boat Show and it was perfect. The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed—from the full kitchen to the private patio with great views. Location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the convention center and close to all the attractions. Super comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and resort amenities were a bonus. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Hosts were great and communicated well. The unit is spacious, plenty of room for us (3 adults 3 kids). There was a problem with the ac unit at check in, but the hosts were responsive and had it fixed quickly. The property is super close to epic universe!

The location of this condo was great. It was walking distance to the convention center or a quick Uber ride depending which part of the convention center your going to. The property has 3 EV charging stations. They are walking distance from the condo. The condo was great and spacious. The movie theater was a nice touch after a long day out. The community has a pool although we didn’t have time to use it. The location is close to a Publix and Walgreens in case you need anything. Epic Universe was also a five minute drive away. There is construction going on but I didn’t hear any noises. Check in process was quick and easy. The host was also very attentive and quick to answer. The only issue was the AC can’t go lower than 72 which was a little issue for me but not the rest of my party. Each room has a fan so it wasn’t bad. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for the price, location and safety.

The stay was pleasant, and convenient for short walks to grocery, adult beverages, Walgreens and several dining options. Items outside of owner control such as the construction site next door was awful with noise even during wee hours of the morning. House has some dated, failing fixtures would hate for someone to be held liable? Could have used a set of sheets and instructions for cable we had to move furniture to hook up.In the end would I stay again, yes, hopefully no more construction by far the worst part of the stay.
