The property is very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked. The rooms are big. We had a great time. There were 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Would defiantly book again.

Loved it!

Accommodations were great! Enough space for us. Only suggestion I would have is to have some mixing bowls and a bowl for fruit. Also, white bedding is always preferred. I suggest replacing the black blanket/quilt. Thank you!

What a residence. Experience was better than expected. The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Perfect location for Orlando events or just to walk to Publix and stay on the grounds. I guarantee you will not be disappointed

VERY NICE

My family of four stayed for one week. Everything was great!!! The condo was immaculate. The location was great. The condo is a few minute walk to grocery store, an awesome breakfast/lunch diner, coffee shop, liquor store, and gift shop. Very close to Universal. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever with our condo. We could walk to new pool and bar in two-minutes. It was quiet and we slept well. The pool bar drinks are expensive (two drinks were 39) so we only had one drink at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo right next to SeaWorld

The condo looked brand new inside and was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and we had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better for Seaworld. I will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Felt at home

Nice property. Clean and close to Universal studios and SeaWorld. We enjoyed the stay. A minor issue was that the TVs were not Smart but they had cable. Luckily we had fire stick, so it helped us survive.

Perfect for our needs

Easy walk to a conference at Rosen Shingle Creek across the street and back for some downtime at the nice pool. Was an easy car ride to Disney. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay for Conference at Orange Co. Convention Center

I am VERY picky about where I stay. This meet all of my expectations. Publix and several nice restaurants are in walking distance. The community is safe and gated. The convention center is only a 5 minute Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best condos that I have ever stayed in. Pool is great. You can walk to the nearby Publix grocery store. There’s a restaurant in the small strip mall that serves the best breakfasts. This place is centrally located to everything. I’m fussy…I highly recommend this place

The rental was very clean, new, and as shown in the images. Paulo was a pleasure to work with and even worked with us on our rental dates when we had an unexpected travel delay. Would rent again if we come back to Orlando!

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
