This was a clean great location with food and amenities within easy walking distance. They didn’t provide the toiletries they stated, so we only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and not much more in the second bathroom. No shampoo and soap was paper thin. I’m good bringing my own amenities but it was a pain to have to get toilet paper on vacation. If they would have provided two rolls as they stated, it would be 5 stars.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the clean condo and its walkable location. I’m sorry the promised starter supplies were missing or inadequate. You should have arrived to the stated amount of toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I’ll follow up with my cleaning team to make sure the supplies are checked before each arrival. Best regards, Ana
