Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides an entertainment center including a 55 inch Hiko TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Good place to stay with easy/close access to the convention center. There were a couple times that the owner took a little longer than normal to return an answer to an email question.

Felt like home!

My entire family said staying at this townhome was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel! After spending all day at Universal Studios it was nice for everyone to have their separate spaces to have a moment of silence. Also having 4 bathrooms was a HUGE bonus! The next time we go to Orlando we will be staying here again!

Nice place, great location

A nice townhouse well supplied and comfortable. Plenty of space, nice to have bathrooms with bedrooms, we attended a trade show, it was nice to have space for all and near the OCCC. Bill was great to communicate with.

Mother daughter trip

This is a nice property to stay at however we were very disappointed to see that the pool on our side of the resort was closed and we had to walk about 3/4 mile across a 4 lane highway to get to the available pool. Our access card didn't work for that pool and had to have someone let us in everytime. Despite that the rental was nice and clean.

Lovely place to call home for awhile

We loved the layout of the Townhouse. It offered plenty of space for our group of 8. While we did not have time to explore the resort, the amenities offered were great.

We so enjoyed our time! Everything was clean and close to so much to do in Orlando! My daughter has a severe animal fur allergy, and the owner was very kind to answer my questions. He let me know that no animal has stayed in this condo, and that is a hard thing to find these days! This is our second time in this condo, and we will be back!

Convenient and comfortable

Our stay was due to activities at the Orange County Convention Center. The drive was 5-10 minutes, hardly any traffic, and very easy to I-4. The townhouse is as advertised and in a quiet area. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Girls' Weekend Stay

Spacious and comfortable townhouse located close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Would definitely stay again. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was perfect for getting ready during our girls' weekend. FYI - the upstairs bath (in the two beds room) has an issue with the exhaust fan. Once turned on for a few minutes it becomes extremely noisy and has to be turned off.

We were able to access property about an hour earlier which was great. Overall clean and great interaction with property management regarding questions. Concern with front door security, which was addressed.

Great place to stay with an awesome owner

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good. House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house has three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to climb stairs to stay here. The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice community area and we all felt very safe. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

This place is as advertised. Plenty room for my family of wife and 3 adult children. Location is great. Close to Universal and Icon Park on International. Grocery store and many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Booking was simple and the communication was superb with very simple, clear and concise emailed directions. Also, Lin the property manager is on site and answered the phone every time I called. Very professional and helpful. Love that it was gated and very quiet at night. Great place to stay.....you can't go wrong!

Vista Cay Stay

Liked the property and it had what we needed, plus easy walk to get to groceries, good food and drinks. NY pizza even delivers to the complex. Pool, hot tub and pool bar was a nice hang out. The only thing was building numbers are at 2nd floor level on the outside and hard to see at night when we got there. Unit numbers at ground level but you have to find the building one first. Not a big deal.

Convenient location, roomy

Plenty of room, fit 5 adults and 1 child comfortably. A few concerns we had are minor and we still enjoyed our visit. 1. There were no hand towels in any bath room 2. It appeared clean but needs a deep clean. Lots of dust on fans and vents, 2 of us were very sniffly 3. It says walking distance to convention center, but for the average person it really isn’t. We were on the west end of the center and the walk would have been too long and across some very busy streets. 4. Beds were super squeaky, you could hear the person in another room rolling over. Upside it is a very nice neighborhood with pool, hot tub, tiki bar and workout room. In a convenient area of Orlando.

Excellent Location

The location was fantastic. Only 2 issues 1. The code sent for the door was inaccurate. Had to call the manager and 2 different codes were given. The 3rd code given was the one that worked 2. On the 5th day of my stay, Friday 6th someone opened the front door and entered the home. Luckily we were home at the time and when approached, he explained that he was given the code and the condo as his from the clubhouse. He then returned and found out that he was in #100 and not #101. Which seems odd as why both doors had the same code. Luckily they were very friendly and we were amicable in the situation. This is a scary scenario as we could have presumed they are burglars. Therefore, it seems there was a little mix up at check-in at the clubhouse. On a separate note, there is a significant issue with ants in the kitchen area. Any food item left on the counter tops were attacked by ants within minutes.

It was a decent place to stay for a couple of days. I was just surprised there was not one thing to use in the kitchen like spices or foil. We need a small amount but were only day for two days so we weren't going to buy it for just that. But overall it was a good place to stay. Very roomy and close to Epic Universe. We walked to the park
