We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect space for a family of six with kids ranging from 15 to 22. The location was convenient for our activities to beaches, Disney and multiple trips to the airport for varying flights.Maribel also suggested visiting Winter Park and we had a great time exploring that area, which was new to us.Maribel was a gracious host and the property had amenities that worked for our family. The desk in the kids' bedroom was great for allowing my two youngest to have a work space for homework. I wish we'd have had more time to enjoy the pool. Would definitely consider a future stay depending on our plans for the next time we're in Florida.

This was such a perfect place to stay for my family. It's very conveniently located near all the parks and grocery stores and restaurants. And the hostess Maribel was absolutely fabulous! One of the best places I've stayed, and we will definitely be coming back again!

Maribel was an awesome host. She met us at the front door earlier than the check in time and gave us a tour of the place and some tips around the area. The home was very clean and had a lot of space, with access to all the resort facilities. Everything we could ask for.

Excellent stay. Maribel went the extra effort of meeting us early to check us in and walk us through the house. Te house was great, loved the lay out and the location could not have been better! The owner kept in touch from the very moment we booked and the house is right in the heart of all we wanted to do in Orlando. Vista Cay is the perfect place if going to Universal Studios, way less congestion. Host was very nice, she stopped at condo to show us around and gave us a few good suggestions of nice places to visit.

Perfect location! I was so excited to get this townhome. Most people who visit Orlando come to work at the Convention Center or to visit the Parks and we are within minutes from them all. International drive restaurants, water parks and attractions. There is a Publix plaza, small restaurants and a Walgreens within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

My guests tell me again and again . “I love the way you decorated the rooms” I take pride in those statements. Confort, location and beautiful surroundings ….these are my townhome qualifications.
