Escape to this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse, perfectly situated near the Orange County Convention Center and the exciting new Epic Universe theme park. Enjoy easy access to all major Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld, all within a 15-minute drive. This stylish townhouse features modern design, elegant decor, and hardwood floors, offering a comfortable and memorable vacation experience for the whole family.

This home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV for added convenience.
The third floor includes a luxurious master suite which offers a king-size bed and a large bathroom with his and her sinks. This bedroom includes a pack-and-play for your toddler. This floor also has a secondary bedroom equipped with two full-size beds and its own bathroom.

On the first floor is another large bedroom which offers two full-size beds and a private bathroom. You will also find the garage on this level equipped with a large washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a one car driveway, but the resort has lots of additional parking and EV charging stations.

The living space is on the second floor. The living room offers a sleeper sofa bed along with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for family movie night and a set of board games for game night.
The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen comes completely equipped with all the essential comforts of home that you will need to create the perfect meal for your family. A half bathroom is also located on this main level for ease.

This property is located in the Vista Cay Resort community and includes complimentary access to BBQ grills, a basketball court, playground, fitness facility, movie room, concierge services, mini convenience store, arcade/game room, resort pools with a full-service bar, splash pad, kid's water slide feature, EV charging stations, and lots of additional free parking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all garbage in trash bags then place the trash bags in the brown bin outside the front door. Gather all towels and place them in the first-floor bathroom.
If there are a lot of dirty dishes, place them in the dishwasher and start the 1-hour cycle, otherwise leave them in the sink.
Turn off all TV's, fans, lights, stove, and oven. Please confirm that the front door locks behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
