With one of the largest floor plans in Vista Cay, a rare corner layout, the home offers a level of quiet and exclusivity that is uncommon in resort communities.

The lakefront setting, combined with resort amenities and proximity to Orlando’s top attractions, creates a balance of retreat and convenience that appeals to both leisure and executive travelers.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following:

Construction: There is currently construction taking place across the lake from the property. While not on-site, you may occasionally notice activity or intermittent daytime noise.
Parking Restrictions: Per resort regulations, trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, jet skis, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Resort Amenities: The home is located within a resort community with shared amenities (pool, fitness center, elevators, etc.). These are managed by the HOA and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or repairs.
General: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, circumstances outside of our control (such as the above) do not qualify for refunds.

The property is amazing. The décor and rooms as a whole is beautiful. It makes you feel at home. This is our second time staying here. Everything around you is no more than 15-20 mins away. And Epic Universe is 5 mins away, which we did attend. This stay was well worth it and I hope to stay again in the future. We had a great time. I can not say enough how wonderful this property is! It is evident that the owners love this unit and want their guests to have a wonderful vaction. This unit is sooo cozy, beds are heavenly, couches and patio furniture are comfy, and the decor is beautiful. Everything you could need for your vacation is here, kitchen wear, spices, beach/pool stuff, office space...everything is well thought out! The owners really have thought of it all. If you want to be in Orlando with easy access to highways, shopping, restaraunts without the traffic jams this is the perfect place. Do not hesitate and book this property. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed here for the volleyball tournament and visited Epic Universe. The location was great, able to walk to the convention center. The condo was spacious and very well stocked. Could see the drone show at SeaWorld from the balcony. Would stay here again.

My late husband discovered Vista Cay during a business trip in 2009. That moment eventually led us to this specific lakeview condo, which felt right from the start.

After losing him in 2012, this space became even more meaningful. It represents presence, family, and the importance of slowing down and appreciating time together.

Upendo Orlando was created with that feeling in mind.
