Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides an entertainment center including a 55 inch LCD Sony TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The home was very accommodating, clean and in a beautifully manicured neighborhood. The community pool was clean and hospitable. The location is very close to most of the area attractions we went to.

Great Location

The town home is in a very nice location, short drive to the theme parks and international drive. Home has a good layout and plenty of space on the living area for eating, and relaxing.

Great condo close to OC Convention Center

Vista Cay condos are the best place to stay when attending a conference at OCCC for a group of business associates. Very convenient location next to lots of eateries and a Publix grocery store. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to hit the Orlando attractions

This house fit the bill perfectly for our trip to Disney. Only a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. There are also restaurants and shopping within a 2 minute drive of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed. It was close to both Disney and Universal. Plenty of other things to do nearby as well. The property has a gorgeous pool and workout area. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Everything was great. The location is convenient to a lot of local activities. The property had most of the essentials we need to cook quick meals if we didn't want to go out. The only small complaint we had was the kitchen sink water wouldn't really get hot. The showers also took a little bit of time to warm up, but they would get comfortably warm with a little time.

Great for Universal Studios Visit

Great condo for our family of 4 (kids ages 11 and 14) for a 5-day trip to Universal Studios. Condo as advertised. Very close (about 4 miles) to theme park. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again! We love the Vista Cay community!

Clean, comfortable, and central

The property was very clean which was the most important thing for me. The set up of the house was perfect for a family with kids. We loved the mid level in which people could be up early or sleep in and still gather without waking each other. The property owner was very vigilant about making sure we had all the info we needed to check in and answered questions quickly. The only disappointment was the repair being done to the closer pool. However we still had access to another pool. It was exactly what we were looking for on our first family vacation to Orlando. If we visit Orlando again we’d love to rent property here again from this owner.

Comfortable and Affordable!

We have stayed at other properties in Orlando using VRBO but this house takes the cake! It was clean, spacious, and the furniture (beds and sofa) were comfortable. We cooked dinner at the house and found it nice to have 'real' dishes and not cheap plastic picnic dishes that we have encountered at other locations. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Another nice stay at Vista Cay

Check-in was great (self check-in). The townhouse was spacious and had enough room for our family. I read other reviews about ants but only saw one on the floor. Two suggestions, change the curtains in the kitchen and update the sofa as it was not very comfy (time to be replaced). We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a family vacation

This unit exceeded all of our expectations, and Bill, the owner, cares deeply about his guests' satisfaction. My family called me a hero for finding such a comfortable place for us to stay on our Spring Break, and even my in-laws were impressed! Bill and the Millenium management staff were extremely responsive and took care of everything, all we had to do was ask and it was done. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Really nice place but had unwanted guest

This unit was nice to stay in, but we had unwanted guest…Ants! It made it hard because we discovered them in the kitchen, crawling on the dining room and stairs. When reporting the issue response time was awesome…less than39 minutes. Action was taken but did not totally rid of the ants. Great location, I really like Vitsta Cay!

Perfect location and amenities

This place was better than described. A real upscale feeling to the furnishings. Bill, the owner, was very easy to work with. Provided all the info needed for an easy arrival. Onsite management is friendly and professional. Clubhouse, pool and hot tub are close by and gorgeous. They provide towels for pool use at the check-in desk. Easy, short drive to/from Airport, Disney and Universal. Will most definitely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this 3 story condo near Universal and Disney. The proximity to theme parks, retail, and restaurants are what made this place home base for us. The 4 bathrooms also came in very handy with the 6 adults staying there. We had one issue with a faulty dryer that the rental company addressed in a timely manor. Other than that, it was a flawless and happy experience!

Great place and awesome owner

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good. House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house did have three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to do some stairs to stay here. The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice, gated community area and we all felt very safe. Overall, I would highly recommend!

I purchased these properties because of their great proximaty to the Orange County Convention Center and their central location to all that Orlando has to offer (theme parks, International Drive, etc.) I bought side-by-side units to cater to businesses attending conventions and larger parties of vacationers who would like to stay together.

What makes this property unique

The 3rd bedroom is a bonus because of the 2 big double beds. No small twin beds. Also, the 3 floor plan allows everyone their own space at the end of the day with each bedroom having its own private bath.
